Sutriyaan with years of passion and expertise has the art of creating the finest sutriyaan specialities. From its prestigious heritage, a unique and irresistible rich filling. To preserve the best quality and taste experience here is the step by step method to follow.

In a bowl add 2 cups of rice flour, salt with 2 cups of hot water to it. Mix gently.

Knead the firm dough add a drop of the oil. To avoid sticking.
Make a diamond shape press in the center. Make the diamonds for the rest of the dough.

Make the rest of the sutriyaan place it in batches.

Cook the mutton or chicken gravy. The gravy must be runny. Add sutriyaan in batches. Cook on a low flame.
Cook sutriyaan in batches. Mix gently. Cook on a low flame. Till the gravy combine with sutriyaan. Serve hot.

INGREDIENTS :
FOR SUTRIYAAN :
Rice flour 2 cup
Hot water 2cup
Salt as needed
METHOD:
In a bowl add 2 cups of rice flour, salt and pour water. Mix gently. Leave it to cool keep aside.
Knead the firm dough by adding water if required.
Apply oil in hands take a small portion of the dough make a diamond shape. Press in the center.
Make sutriyaan for rest of the dough place them in two batches.
HOW TO MAKE GRAVY
INGREDIENTS :
Onion 2
Ginger garlic paste 2tsp
Tomatoes 4
Thick yogurt 3/4cup
Salt as needed
Red chilli powder 2tsp
Coriander leaves
Green chillies 2
Oil 3tbsp
Mutton 1/2kg
METHOD:
In a pressure cooker heat oil add onions saute till golden brown add Ginger garlic paste, salt and green chilli cook for 5 minutes.
Add mutton, Redchilli powder cook on a low flame. Add yogurt stir well. Finally add tomatoes and chopped coriander leaves cook until raw smell of tomatoes goes off.
Cover the lid pressure cook mutton for 10 minutes. When the pressure is released transfer the gravy to the wide utensil.
The gravy must be runny add first batch of sutriyaan cook on low flame for 5 minutes. Now add second Bactch mix gently just once. Cook on a low flame for 10 minutes. Once it’s done serve hot. Delicious sutriyaan is ready.
