Pizza are kids favorite. Pizza paratha are Indian stuffed bread topped with cheese ideal to serve for a meal or evening snack. Pizza paratha is yet another easy recipe paratha stuff with sauce topped veggies topped with cheese. I have toasted pizza paratha on the tawa. You can also put in pre heated oven for 2-3 minutes till cheese melts, else you can microwave pizza for a minute. Pizza paratha are enjoyed by kids
I have shared easy pizza paratha recipe in step by step method with detailed pictures below. In a mixing bowl add whole wheat flour add salt and water. Knead the firm dough let it rest for 10 minutes.
Divide into small portions dust with flour flatten a dough roll it to a round shape roti. Make 2 roti of the same size.
Spread sauce on one of the roti. Add onion and capsicum.
Place another roti over the first one seal the edges.
In a hot tawa, place the paratha flip on both the sides to cook till golden brown.
Spread grated cheese Homemade cheese Recipe , Oregano or red chili flakes. Cover the lid and leave the paratha on a low flame till the cheese melts.
Serve hot immediately.
INGREDIENTS:
- 1 cup whole wheat flour.
- Salt as needed.
- 2-3 tablespoon tomato sauce or pizza sauce.
- 1/2 small chopped onions.
- 1/4 cup red/green/ yellow capsicum.
- 1 teaspoon oregano.
- 1/2 cup grated cheese or 2 cheese slices.
