Mix Vegetable Korma is a quick and easy recipe prepare with in few minutes. A boiled vegetables are mix with onion, almond and yogurt puree along with cream gives a rich delicious taste. Serve with phulka or roti.

I have shared quick and easy vegetable Korma in a step by step method with a detailed picture below.

Wash peelpand cut the vegetables. Add the vegetables to the pressure cooker add water,salt and turmeric powder pressure cook for 2 whistle.

In a blender add onions, shahi jeera, almonds or cashews, red chili and garlic cloves blend them coarsely.

Add thick yogurt blend to a fine puree.

In a kadai heat ghee or oil add bay leaf, cinnamon stick and cardamom.

Add the yogurt puree to the kadai. Cook on a low flame.

Add the cooked vegetables to the puree.

Finally add fresh cream, sprinkle with garam masala powder and whole red chili.

Serve mix vegetable Korma with phulka or roti.

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 onion
  • 1 teaspoon shahi jeera/ cumin seeds
  • 4-5 garlic cloves
  • 5-6 almonds or cashews
  • 1/2 cup thick yogurt
  • 1 bay leaf
  • 1 cinmacin stick
  • 1 cardamom
  • 1 tablespoon oil or ghee
  • 1 teaspoon garam masala powder
  • 3-4 whole red chili
  • 1 tablespoon fresh cream
  • 1 cup mix vegetables (1 carrots,1 potato,5-6 beans and double beans)
  • Salt as needed
  • 1/2 teadpoon turmeric powder

INSTRUCTIONS
