Corn Sandwich is an easy way for tiffin ideas for both kids and adults. A white sauce is prepared mix with corn and bell peppers.
I have shared a quick corn Sandwich recipe in a step by step method with a detailed pictures below.
In a kadai melt butter add all purpose flour.
Add milk. Stir constantly.
Give a continuous stir till the sauce are thickened.
Add sweet corn, salt,pepper powder and yellow bell peppers. Mix well. Remove from the heat. Topped with fresh chopped coriander leaves.
Place the white bread or brown bread remove the edges. Spread the sauce evenly on all sides.
Cover the Sandwich with another bread.Cut into triangles. Serve.
INGREDIENTS
- 2 tbsp butter
- 2 tbsp all purpose flour/ maida
- 1 cup milk
- 1/4 cup sweet corn
- 2 tbsp yellow bell peppers
- Salt as needed
- 1 tsp pepper powder
- 6_8 white bread or brown bread slices
