There are some desserts that are so frequently made when we were young. As days go by or years move on, they get forgotten. That is how I would look at the good old biscuit pudding. Thanks to the umpteen variety of ingredients available in the market, we experiment with various flavors and varieties and try not to look at the old style dishes, that graced our tables so effortlessly and we eagerly waited for them. Now, I feel that we are under pressure to make something new all the time. At home, even if I want to go back to some old favorites, the kids feel that I am taking an easy way out!
