chicken Chicken frankie roll is one of the most popular Indian fast food. Here the chicken is blend with veggies to make kofta balls in addition of spices, cornflour, roasted gram flour. Kofta are wrapped inside a paratha with other yummy mint garlic sauce. It is easiest to eat perfect for tiffin box. You can use any additional fillings inside according to your choice.

wash chicken in several water drain the excess water. In a blender add chicken , cauliflower, corn, garlic cloves and peas
blend to a fine and smooth paste
in a mixing bowl add roasted gram flour, red chili flakes, salt, cornflour, oregano, garam masala powder and chicken paste knead a smooth dough.
divide the dough into small portions roll the dough into lemon size balls. place them in a plate.
heat oil in kadai drop the kofta one at a time. fry the kofta on a medium flame.
fry the koftas till golden brown
place the phulka in a plate spread the garlic sauce place the kofta in the centre wrapped it lightly.
Roll the remaining Frankie serve hot immediately.
INGREDIENTS
- 500 gram boneless chicken
- 250 gram mixed Vegetables( cauliflower, peas, sweet corn)
- 7-8 garlic cloves
- 1/4 cup roasted bengal gram flour
- 2 tablespoon cornflour
- 1 teaspoon red chili flakes
- 1 teaspoon garam masala powder
- Salt as needed
- Oil for frying
- 1 teaspoon oregano ( optional)
