Mixed Vegetable Pulao Recipe

Mixed Vegetable Pulao is yet another intersting recipe with leftover rice. Its easy to prepare and taste delicious with the aroma of spices and different taste of veggies.

I have shared mixed Vegetable Pulao Recipe in step by step method with a detailed picture below.

In a kadai heat ghee or oil add shahi jeera stir till they get browned, add ginger garlic paste saute till the raw aroma goes away.

Add chopped onions, saute till the onions changes transparent, add green peppers, red and yellow peppers, chopped tomatoes red chili powder, coriander powder, turmeric powder , salt and garam masala powder.

 

Now add boiled vegetables mix well.

Finally add drained and cooked rice stir gently and uniformly.

Garnish mixed Vegetable Pulao with chopped coriander leaves or spring onions serve with onion raita accompanied with papad.

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 cup boiled mixed vegetables
  • 1/4 cup chopped green peppers
  • 1/4 cup chopped red peppers
  • 1/4 cup chopped yellow peppers
  • 1 teaspoon red chili powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon turmeric powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon coriander powder
  • 1 teaspoon garam masala powder
  • Salt as needed
  • 1 teaspoon shahi jeera
  • 1 teaspoon ginger garlic paste
  • 2 tablespoon ghee or oil
  • 2 cup leftove rice

 

INSTRUCTIONS
