Let’s start making coffee with very few simple ingredients.
In a bowl add instant coffee powder, sugar and a teaspoon of hot water.
Let’s begin mixing with a spoon or in a small hand whisk. Stir well.
Stir a couple of minutes to get a paste. You can see it’s color lightens and frothy layer appears on top. Add the creamy coffee to a mug.
Meanwhile pour milk in a saucepan boil the milk on medium heat.
Once the milk is boiled pour the hot milk to the coffee milk.
Stir to blend with the coffee paste. Serve immediately.
INGREDIENTS
- 1 teaspoon instant coffee powder
- 1 2/2 teaspoon sugar
- 1 teaspoon hot water
- 1 cup hot milk
INSTRUCTIONS
- Add milk to a saucepan bring it to boil.
- In a bowl add coffee powder, sugar and hot water stir well to get a coffee paste.
- Add coffee paste to a mug pour hot milk. Stir well to blend milk with paste. Your creamy Latte coffee is ready to serve.
