Egg Fried rice Recipe

Egg Fried rice recipe can be made with in minutes if you have cooled cooked rice. I have shared a quick and super delicious chinese egg fried rice with scramble eggs and mix veggies. Kids love it!

I have shared egg fried rice recipe in step by step method with a detailed picture below.

In a wok heat oil add chopped carrots, green capsicum fry them till they wilt off for about 3 to 5 minutes.

Sprinkle salt, pepper and soya sauce mix well.

Now add eggs scramble them and cook until they are lightly done.

Add cooked rice and mix add more oil if needed.

Fry them on a high flame for 2-3 minutes. Serve hot.

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 cups cooked rice
  • 1 chopped carrot
  • 1/4 cup green capsicum
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/4 teaspoon soya sauce
  • 1 teaspoon pepper powder
  • Salt as needed
  • 1 tablespoon oil

INSTRUCTIONS
