Easy milk cake can be made at home with very few ingredients available at home. This is very simple classic milk fudge recipe is a grainy in texture. Milk and sugar are cooked, cooled, set and cut into cubes. Garnish with almonds.

I have shared milk cake recipe in step by step method with a detailed pictures below.

Bring the milk to a boil in a large thick non stick kadai on high heat.

Boil the milk and reduce it to half. Now add lemon juice mix well.

Stir and allow the milk to curdle.

Now gradually add sugar.

Add ghee,cardamom powder and stir well.

Milk thickens and looks grainy in texture.

Transfer the milk mixture to greased cake tin or any non stick vessel

Allow it to cool, cover and let it set for 4 hours.

Once it sets unmold the cake finally cut inti pieces and garnish with almonds

INGREDIENTS: 

  • 1 liter milk.
  • 1/2 cup sugar.
  • 1 tablespoon ghee.
  • 1/2 teaspoon cardamom powder.
  • Almonds as required.
