Easy Gobi 65 | Cauliflower 65 Recipe

Gobi 65 is a crispy fired cauliflower florets dip on a spicy batter fried until crisp. It can be served as a snacks or starter or as a side dish for a meal. There are so many ways of 65 recipe can be prepared. The recipe shared here is a simple Gobi 65 masala.

I have shared cauliflower 65 recipe in step by step method with detailed pictures given below.

In a mixing bowl add ginger garlic paste, salt, red chili powder, cumin powder, corn flour, lemon juice, pepper powder,red food color and garam masala powder.

Wash cauliflower florets in a warm water.

 

Add cauliflower to the spices mix well.

Toss and coat the florets well with batter.

 

Heat oil and deep fry until golden brown.

Drain Gobi 65 on a kitchen tissue to absorb excess oil.

Serve gobi 65 as a starter or as a snack.

INGREDIENTS:

  • 250 grams cauliflower ( small or medium cauliflower florets)
  • 1 tablespoon red chili powder
  • 1 tablespoon cumin powder
  • 2 tablespoon corn flour
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon ginger garlic paste
  • 1 tablespoon pepper powder
  • 1/2 tablespoon garam masala powder
  • 1/4 tablespoon orange red food color ( optional)
  • Salt as needed
  • Oil for deep frying.

INSTRUCTION:

  • Add cauliflower to the spices mix well.
  • Toss and coat the florets well with batter.

  • Serve hot.
