Easy Bake Fish Recipe

Baked fish is really delish and different this makes a great appetizer or a side dish for rice and dal. This recipe is very easy to follow a bachelor’s recipe and it turns crispy and tasty.

 

I have shared an easy bake fish recipe in step by step method with a detailed pictures below.

In a flat plate add ginger garlic paste, salt, red chili powder, turmeric powder, lemon juice, curry leaves, fish masala powder, yogurt.

Mix all the above ingredients together to make a thick paste. Taste the marinade add salt and other spices if required. Place the fish make sure the masala coats well on to the fish on both the sides.

 

Place the fish in an airtight container. Keep aside to marinate for 1-2 hours.

Pre heat oven to 200 degree for 10 minutes. Meanwhile place fish in a baking dish.

Drizzle oil or soft butter on top.

Bake for 15-20 minutes or until fish is just cooked.

Remove from oven and transfer fish to serving plate.

INGREDIENTS

  • 10-12 Fish slices
  • 2 tablespoon ginger garlic paste
  • 2 teaspoon red chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon turmeric powder
  • 2 strands curry leaves
  • 2 tablespoon fish masala powder
  • 1 tablespoon oil
  • Salt as needed
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoon thick yogurt
