Crispy Fried Fish Recipe

Fish are very popular excotic food. Fish is very good for health and highly important for the physical and mental growth of children as well as adults.I have used king fish in the recipe for a variation you can use fish fillets and serve with chips and ketchup. Kids love immensely!

I have shared a crispy Fish Recipe in step by step method with a detailed picture below.

In a three separate bowls add egg , to the second bowl add all purpose flour, salt and pepper and to the third bowl add bread crumbs then line all three bowls.

Coat the fish in the seasoned flour, then shake off any excess and dip in the eggs, followed by the bread crumbs.

Place the coated fish on a plate.

Pour enough oil into a frying pan so that it covers the base. Heat the oil over a medium heat , then deep fry the fish in batches until golden brown.

Drain them on absorbent paper to remove excess oil.

Serve with lemon wedges and chips.

INGREDIENTS

  • 4-5 piece fish/ fish fillets
  • 1/2 cup all purpose flour
  • Salt as needed
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper powder
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 cup bread crumbs
  • Oil for frying
