Creamy pasta Recipe

Creamy pasta perked up with fresh oregano flavor of garlic tossed in a butter . Pasta combines well with a large assortment of sauces make delicious paste treat . Kids love it!

Bring water to boil in a large saucepan add salt , boil over high heat . Add pasta , cook until al dente and drain the excess water.

Meanwhile in a deep pan or wok melt butter .

Add crushed or chopped garlic and green chili, Saute for 2 minutes .

Add all purpose flour . Mix well .

Add the Maida flour stir well till smooth without lumps and add salt .

Add milk stir well to make a smooth sauce ,add red chili flakes, oregano and black pepper powder.

Add cooked pasta along with cream, diced tomato and spring onions.

Serve immediately

INGREDIENTS

  • 300 gram pasta
  • 2 tablespoon butter
  • 2 tablespoon Maida/ All purpose flour
  • 1 tablespoon oregano
  • 1 tablespoon pepper powder
  • 1 diced tomato
  • 5-6 garlic cloves
  • 1 green chili
  • Salt as needed
  • 2 strands spring onion
  • 1 tablespoon cream
